Krystle and Polet have known each other since they were back in elementary school in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. It wasn't until they took theater together in high school that they became inseparable. When Polet started Muza back in 2010 Krystle was one of the main supporter both emotionally and economically. She was also Polet's first muse. Now Krystle is working the head of the sale department on the Muza team.

Where are you from?

I was born in Queens, NY however, I moved to the enchanted Island of Puerto Rico when I was about 5. I pretty much grew up there. Currently, I'm living in Utah!

What do you do at Muza?

It's hard to describe what I do at Muza. You know how most of us always have a friend to fall back on for advice, guidance, or to simply vent Well, I guess I'm that person for Polete. We've known each other for nearly 15 years now and my job involves mainly bringing moral support, helping with ideas, researching, proofreading and just being there! She brings the art and I help with part of the execution. I cannot take all the credit since I've fallen in and out of the business given we are miles and miles away from each other however, recently my main focus is to drive Sales.

What is your favorite Muza piece and why?

Let's go WAY back. I mean, way back to when it all started! I remember having a Muza cardigan that I simply LOVED. We use to call it the "lucky charm" since amazing things happened whenever we had it on. (By 'we', I mean Paulette and me) Although it was MY cardigan she never gave it back! She still has it. Give it back, bitch. Now it will be my daughter's inheritance. LOL!

What has been most inspiring for you about Muza?

Watching it grow! It has been amazing to watch my friend grow with the company as well. She has come a long way, and I'm very proud of her.

What is your favorite type of lingerie?

Are 'granny panties' considered lingerie? I guess I like to be comfortable. Had you asked me this question 10 years ago I would have said a G-string? HAHA!

What do you wear in bed?

A satin sleeping gown that flows with the wind... I'm not Mariah Carey. I wear my boyfriend's t-shirts and when I'm reaaaally feeling sexy, I
wear his underwear too. You know, bringing sexy back...

Who is your style icon?

I can't think of one! There're so many inspiring women out there! I have to say, I ABSOLUTELY love how Zoe Kravitz dresses...Oversized jacket, jeans and nice boots, or a nice dress with boots, that's my kind of style. I guess I'm stuck in the 90's!

What is your live motto or favorite quotes?

Sempre Dritto' meaning always forward. When visiting Italy I remember every time we asked for directions they would always reply 'sempre
dritto' and when you come to think of it, you kinda have to handle life that way, always moving forward. Keep a clear understanding of
what your goals are and move forward towards it, no matter what. ;)

If you could choose a song to describe your life which would it be and why?

My life is hectic, loud, sometimes happy and sometimes, it's just plain madness. It's hard to find a song that summarizes all of that!
In a heartbeat Rich, (my boyfriend) said Meredith Brooks - I'm a Bitch, I'm a Lover. However, I love Yeah Yeah Yeahs- Zero song. It talks about how you have to move forward to where you want to be even when life gets dark. It's an upbeat fun song that always gets me motivated! ;)
